Most consumers cannot make sense why food additives are either good or bad for their health. Reason Cofek has earmarked its third consumers dialogue forum on the same on August 27

Together with partners, Cofek will on August 27 host a panel of experts forum on food additives, their pros and cons and on the need to know basis. We will involve government, private sector, NGOs and development partners.

The half-day consumers dialogue forum will take place in Nairobi. It comes hot on heels on of public anxiety on whether various food and drinks additives are actually are a threat to human health and safety.

It is about time you mind the (food) business that is additives in your food - from sweeteners, colouration, vitamins and the rest.
